Take yourself on a date. This month focuses a lot on couples and materialism, but it could be something as simple as taking yourself on a walk, going to a park, or taking yourself to a movie. It's so easy to brush ourselves and our own needs off, but when we feel self-love we get that amplified in our surroundings. The same goes for the other way around. When we're in a place of self-contempt it's hard to see the world in a positive light. As above, so below. As within, so without

Buttttt as much as I give advice and what I find success with.. there's times it's just hella nice to get in a good cry. Hey, it actually is healthy too! Follow your feelings and don't be afraid to talk to your loved ones. Chances are they experience it too
